  • Does it contain sugar?

No, we are 100% sugar free. 

  • How often do you need to change the pods?

Every 3-5 days*. As time goes on, you will notice the scent reducing, that’s when you’ll need a change. * Based on typical consumption of 1 ½ bottles per day

  • Will my pods last longer if I don't use it after it's been opened? 

Once the pod is opened from the vacuum seal, the scent will slowly start releasing its scent, therefore if you open it, you should use it.

  • What are the pods made from?

Food Grade Materials: Flavour pods are made of food grade materials, which are safe and non-toxic.who extracts them from natural sources

  • Are your bottles BPA free?

Yes, 100%

  • Can you use the bottle without the pod?

Absolutely! Just remove the pod, and there you have it, a normal scent free water bottle! 

  • Dishwasher safe?

Yes! 

  • How should I clean my heylo bottle? 

    • We suggest you clean your bottle after every use, in the dishwasher or with warm soapy water. It’s best to let your bottle air dry overnight. Reusable straws can be cleaned with a straw cleaning brush, with warm soapy water. 

  • Can I buy space parts?

    • At this stage we don’t have space parts available.

  • Where are heylo products made?

    • Heylo proudly hails from Australia! Our products undergo rigorous testing down under before being crafted with care in China.

  • Where do you ship your products from?

    • Our products are shipped from our Sydney location.

    • Do you ship to other countries? 

    At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

    • Yes, on all orders over $100



    Returns

    • Do you accept change of mind purchases?

    Yes, only if the product is unopened, unused and still in its original packaging with our Heylo sticker seal. 

    • Is the change of mind return shipping cost free? 

    Unfortunately, we don't cover the costs of shipping for change of mind purchases.
